COMMENT :

Very right , long -time due  and   Expression of WISDOM !
Many times , before , this view was put in my blogs but no one , reads ,perhaps, a commoner's 'BLOG'.

 The present PM , I think , is  more an EMPLOYEE  under  a respectable LADY of  INC and not a  LEADER  at NATIONAL  LEVEL  after being  ELECTED   by people.

 That  is why , I think,  the PM  has to obey his BOSS  more than  his Conscience  tells him to respond to the People's need.

If necessary , the CONSTITUTION should be changed /amended  on URGENT  footing.
