the reason is neither difficult to know nor any deep
Lack of Pro-active Preparedness and infantile intelligence state

Because the 2 G, C.A .G and Cash -for Vote
have eaten into the Vitals of a NATION; the authority can't decide
THE CAPTAIN himself look puzzled ,with the BOSS yet remote
