Dear RAHUL, You asked , -what discosure could ELMAR help with if the Govt asked him to disclose------etc. The question itself sounded so funny! Is the Govt made up of 'olden DEVAS' or Gandhis or VIVEkanandas? Not even a haf-fool expect the Govt to disclose the list,unless forced ! Are some of them theselves are not there in that list?
